I just upgraded my studio with a much newer version of Digital Performer (9.5) and a bunch on new Waves goodies, including the InPhase plugin.
I used to use a plugin called “Phase Tone” from TriTone Digital. It was the simplest plugin ever, and worked beautifully. I used it on the drum sub occasionally and almost always on guitar and bass subs.
I often have TONS of guitar layers, maybe 24 separate tracks and they are all sent to a stereo sub. This sub is where I used Phase Tone.
My question is… can InPhase be used effectively on a sub, as opposed to individual audio tracks?
I’m new here and would appreciate any help / info you can share.
