Is there any particular reason why gems was changed to gemstones?
It’s weird. Outside of a jewelry wholesaler, who uses the word “gemstone?”
Really?? I hadn’t noticed that yet. Got too go and check it out now. It is a bit of a curious thing on their part to do.
I’m grateful for this post because I thought I was crazy for remembering it the other way!!!
Maybe there was some kind of trademark or copyright issue with the other name, or even just product differentiation of some sort. I’d love to know, just as a matter of Waves trivia!
