Receiving Waves Stream on mobile browser brings one small problem . The browserwindow has to stay active to receive audio . Returning to homescreen or closing the display will always cut the audio , cause the Waves Stream window is not capable of playing media in the background, like “Youtube” for instance .
On Android there is a trick. you have to tweak the battery settings for your particular browser in the phone settings to “no restrictions” .
On iPhone, I couldn’t get the device to keep playing audio in the background .
When controlling a Mixdown on a mobile device with headphones , I would prefer to store my phone away. But then the screensaver would be activated after a while, and the audio would be muted .
