There is no way to change the preview region in Waves Online Mastering.
The preview shows a part of the uploaded song to demonstrate the impact of the mastered track.
In my case it is not previewing the part of the song I am most concerned with it leaves a “take or leave it” impression. I believe this does not offer enough flexibility.

Currently the preview section cannot be changed or moved this might change in the future although no ETA we can provide.

Have you tried it with other tracks ? Does it choose a proper preview in other attempts from your experience ?
Also what is the length of the mentioned file where the preview was not chosen properly in your opinion?

I personally lie to see the impact the mastering would have on a dynamic cross section of the song. I do believe it would be better, however, if people could see the whole song and choose to zoom in on parts if they want.
Though, if this were easy enough to offer I assume it would have already been done. So I’m assuming its part if the limitations of offering this kind of service online.
