V14 not offered although it should be

Hi all,

I know Waves wrote detailed guides on the requirements to upgrade to V14 (from V13). Yet, I still don’t understand it, or rather, it doesn’t work the way I think it should…

On the https://www.waves.com/account/get-waves-update-plan page, I see that my current plan still runs through 2023 and my plugins (Clarity Vx and CR8 Creative Sampler) are both covered. However, on https://www.waves.com/account/get-latest-version only the V13 variants are still offered and in Waves Central, too. I don’t understand this. How do I get V14? What extra step do I need to take?

Hi, thanks for pointing me to the support contact page. Unfortunately I have to say, that this page itself is (sorry) ■■■■… I’m not able to send my request:

What is going on here?!? How do I manage to make support contact impossible in addition to a product update? I am on the verge of giving up. I’ll just stay with V13 and let the support plan expire. So what?

To whom it may concern: in the meantime, I found the solution myself. On the https://www.waves.com/account/products#v9-and-above page (which I didn’t look at so far, to be honest), I found a dedicated “Get latest versions now” button. After pressing this, the availability of V14 was activated and Waves Central does offer them for download/installation now. Hurray!!!

The point is, that this specific detail is not explained anywhere. Or at least I didn’t find it? Anyways, I’m satisfied now. :slight_smile:
