Superrack Performer Can't Launch on Win11 or Intel Lunar Lake (perhaps)

Hi, I just redeemed a free trial Superrack Performer, but I can’t open it. The software stuck on the logo and told me the Superrack Performer not responding. I’m using Win11 on Intel Meteor Lake (Ultra 7 155H), please help me, because I want to use it on sunday service, and this compatibility will determine me to buy it or not. I had reinstalled the Supperack many times, repair it, but it doesn’t work at all.

Same issue…Try running it as administrator, it worked for me

Hey @yoelnxa ,

Welcome to the Waves Forum.

I see you are already in touch with our Live Sound support team.

Feel free to share your experience and solution to the issue.

Hallo, I have the same problem. Superrack freezes on startup. Windows 10. What could be the solution ? It starts with administrator rights.

@Adi.Waves Is there any possibility of getting the support teams to provide a short writeup when they solve an issue that’s been posted here? It would be incredibly helpful for future reference - these forums are where people tend to land when searching for solutions.

Hey @steve.dower,

I appreciate the suggestion.

While I understand the need and benefit of posting official technical solutions, Waves Forum is a gathering place for our community of users and enthusiasts to discuss all creative and technical aspects of Waves products and platforms, and all aspects of music performance and production in general.

It is not a technical support forum, and we always recommend reaching out for support, specifically for your system and products.

If you are experiencing technical issues with a Waves product, please contact our tech support team directly.

For those coming from search looking for a solution, the only thing we’ve found, as of today, is to rollback the Intel Graphics driver to the default one installed with Windows (Microsoft Basic Display Adapter). We did ask support, and they let us know they don’t support the Intel Ultras yet. They did suggest that some users have rolled back to an older Intel Graphics driver, but those versions do not support the Intel Ultra GPUs, so they won’t install.

Obviously this isn’t desirable, but it’s a temporary work around to get the application to load and hoping either a Waves update or driver update will resolve the issue long term.
