NX Headtracker Settings not visible (Win10 - Cubase)

Loading Abbey Road 3 or NX Nashville

After loading the VST3 plugins, the NX headtracker settings do not start to connect to the headphones. It is invisible and therefore not useable. reinstallion via Waves Central did not solve the problem.

As the WavesHeadTracker application (which should have loaded) is an external application, see if you are able to manually load it from:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Waves\Plug-Ins V12\WavesHeadTracker

It then should be able to connect and the issue should be solved.

If not, I suggest contacting our Tech Support team to look into this and assist further.

Thanks for the info.
Clearing the cache via Waves Central (12.0.15) and fixing permissions and owenership solved the problem. I will try your solution if the problem occurs again.
