Midi drift/audio sync huge problem

I loaded a single init patch in sylenth, loaded into studioverse instruments in cubase 13.
What is this wacky timing, nothing is synced.
It certainly isn’t a PDC issue, Cubase is rock solid and there is also no other plugins loaded.
