Maybe i’ve missed this in documentation, hoping for a simple answer. Lets say I have 2 LV1 Classic, and I want to send an aux consisting of a mixdown of 3 or 4 inputs from Console 1 (FOH) to a of channel on Console 2 (Monitors), is their a way to do that on the network?
There’s no exact feature like this ‘baked’ into the system, but it’s possible to physically loop outputs to inputs, and then share the I/O so you can pick up that input into any mixer on the network. And obviously, it’s much preferred to do this via digital I/O.
For example, route L/R of LV1 A to IONIC 16 AES out. Connect a cable from AES out back to AES in. Share the IONIC 16 (if not already shared). Now LV1 B can assign that IONIC 16’s AES in to an input channel and have the L/R of LV1 A available.
Thanks, it is a really “hacky” workaround and obviously limits the use of the actual IO. How do we get this added as a feature request - it’s possible on Yamaha via Dante routing and on Digico via their “con send/con receive” function
