How to select free Plugins after purchase?

As title states; unsure how to actually get the free plugins after purchase.

Email states: Please [select your free plugin(s) here] with a link to the plugins available to choose, but then when you do, it just places them into the cart with full pricing.

Is this done through WAVES CENTRAL only, maybe?
