Head Tracker app window minimized when opening

I am using Reaper with AR Studio and whenever I open a project or template containing AR Studio, the Head Tracker app window opens with the focus on it. Of course, I just need to mouse click on the DAW to minimize the HT window but is there a way to stop the loading of this app automatically, or even just open minimized?

Do you use the Head tracker?
If not - let me know if you are on Mac or PC and I will point you to how to move it.
If you do use it regularly, unfortunately that extra click is there to stay…

Not at this time. I’m on a PC Win10-64.

So,
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Waves\Plug-ins V10 and move the folder called “WavesHeadTracker” to a backup location.
