I am using superrack sound grid with a Digico Quantum 338. I have 2 x9 servers one used as backup. I recently updated the console to v2025 software, as well as updated all of my waves licenses to their latest software versions respectively hoping that it would fix the issue, but haven’t had any luck.
I went through all of the maintenance options inside of waves central multiple times. Restarted the computers, servers and console multiple times.
All of my console settings, networks etc are correct as far as I know, and I have the prolink remote connected.
The only plugin update that is changing between snapshots is the key and scale in WavesTune RT.
I figured out a workaround to get me by, but its not ideal for long term efficiency:
I remove the Prolink controller and set up each snapshot inside of superrack soundgrid, save the session, then reconnect the prolink to the quantum and things seem to work fine, but if I Crete a new snapshot from the console and change the key inside of wavestune it doesn’t follow it.
Did you try to make (just for testing reason) a complete new session? Does the new (clean) session make a corresponding session in SuperRack. Does it then also save new snapshots?
Did you safe your session into “Integrated Sessions” folder?
How is your ProRemote configured?
We’re running here 2 Quantum 7 with SuperRack and ProRemote on V15 (SuperRack) und V16 (PlugIns) with no issues ….
Hey Pete, thanks so much for the response! I haven’t tried that yet, but because of the time I have before some important Christmas rehearsals, I went back and found an older session that worked, and I am going to try and build off of it, in hopes that it was prior to any corrupt session.
I will hopefully get to try that put today, and report back.
Can you tell me which version of the “DiGiCo SD Driver” and “ DiGiGrid MGB / MGO / MGR Driver”
you are using?
Ours is still using V12 on both of them, but I saw a V16 for both when skimming through the “Install Products” tab in Waves Central even though they were not options when wave central notified me of the updates that were available for Super rack, and plugin updates. That’s confusing to me.
So I tried installing the V16 of those 2 drivers, but waves central would never let me activate the license for them, so I reverted back to V12.
Hopefully that novel of an explanation makes sense lol
