Hi ,I just bought Resolve ,I’ve been trying it out,just one thing bothers me about about it ,the upper part of the incoming sidechain audio graphic the grey part does not show ,I can see the blue part of the incoming signal which is ducking the target track and I can see the target audio and the effect it is having on the target audio ,it’s not the little expand arrow which is under the learn button I’ve pressed that a few times and nothing ,I’ve tried zooming in and out ,nothing ,I’ve tried all combinations of mono stereo ,nothing .however I’m pretty sure that the actual audio signal is doing what it’s supposed to be doing .I’m on Cubase 15 .30 windows 11 .pc Omen 16 L 16 gb ram graphics 8gb ,thanks
That top graph displays whatever reference audio is passed to the plugin via the sidechain.
There is a very slim, flat arrow beneath the Learn button that will either show or hide the sidechain graphic. If you aren’t sending anything to the plugin via sidechain then nothing will show in that area and the plugin wouldn’t actually work as it’s supposed to.

You obviously haven’t read my post ,I did explain that I know about the small arrow under the Learn button which expands the view of the incoming sidechain but even so it still does not show the GREY graphic in mine ,I know it’s grey because I’ve seen it in action on UTube ,it’s the only time I’ve seen it I may add lol .thanks anyway.
I did read, but being a little dyslexic I can miss some things. This wouldn’t be the first time it’s happened!?! 
Something else you can do, though, is contact Tech Support. Maybe there is a bit of a bug going on, in which case they’re going to want to hear about it.

Thanks Simon sorry to hear about your dyslexia,I still haven’t resolved my issue yet ,I know it’s not a big deal and doesn’t stop me using the plugin but it would be nice to see it all in action .

Hi Adi, yes going back to V16 worked ,hope you guys get it sorted out .was there any changes in the audio performance from the V16 to the V17 version ,thanks ,all the best .
