Using GTR 3.5 and LINE 6 GX

I want to try GTR 3.5 for my home guitar playing. Right now I’m using the guitar interface
LINE 6 GX. I tried using the GTR 3.5 demo with it, but it’s impossible to get guitar sound and play audio at the same time. Can this be fixed somehow? Sorry for me english…

P.S. Windows 10 OS x64
