I was wondering if my personal head measurements are required only for accuracy when using the rotation knob (to simulate head movement within the control room).
In other words, when the rotation is set at the center position, and my headphone model is selected, do the measurements matter as much? It sounds consistent in the center when I change to the default (average measurements).
If so, I’ll be happy to hear this is fine and just reference at the center position
I’ve measured myself and am probably off a centimeter more or less.
I went with the most consistent out of 4 or 5 measurements.
So far I’ve used the Nx Germano Studios New York with my own measurements.
And things do sound natural when using the rotation knob with the measurements I’ve entered although maybe not precise.
