LV1: Filter for lugins and "load plugin bypassed"

For the LV1 (Classic) c Please add filters for plugins. I for example would like to filter out plugins with a too large latency.

Also its really important tome to be able to load a plugin in bypassed mode, if I want to load a plugin during an event.

I’m beginning to guess this is for working Live?? The filter sounds like smart, but simple enough idea.
