IR-L convolution reverb doesn’t find in pro tools

Hello everyone, I have purchased the IR-L convolution reverb plugin. I installed it via Waves Central. But for some reason it doesn’t appear in Pro Tools 12 and Reaper. What could be the problem? I really need your help, as I really like this plugin.

Welcome to Waves Forum,

Please note that Pro Tools 12 (and maybe you Reaper version which you did not specify), is not supported with Waves Latest software version (Waves V12)
As mentioned in our Supported Hosts page

Please try to roll your IR-L back to V10, and see if that works for you.
