I can place the plugin on a track in Audition and Premiere, but I cannot figure out how to export the stereo mix to the desired 5.1 mix. Has anyone been able to do this?
Does anyone have the answer to that question? I am having the same issue: I inserted the UM226 plugin on a stereo audio track inside of Premiere Pro without any issues. Now I am at a loss to “open a 5.1 submix channel and route the stereo channel’s output to it” as the manual stipulates being the next step. I created a 5.1 submix track but it is not clear how to route the UM226 affected stereo track to it, then export the track as surround from Premiere Pro… any help appreciated!
