Fitting windows on scaled display

I am visually impaired and need to have my computer monitor scaled up to 150% (in Windows). This can be a problem when using SuperRack Performer inside OBS. When I want to save a chain locally, the Save As dialog is too large to fit on the screen, and I need to lower the screen resolution down, and then still drag the edge of that dialog box in order to see the “Save” button to click on it. Then I have to scale back up. It would be nice if I could just tab through the butttons to get to the Save button, but that’s not available, either.
