Feature Request: Add Nx profiles for SONY MDR-CD900ST and YAMAHA HPH-MT8

Hi Waves Team,

I am a regular user of the Nx Studio series (Abbey Road Studio 3, CLA Nx, etc.). I would like to strongly request the addition of headphone EQ profiles for the following two models:

  1. SONY MDR-CD900ST

  2. YAMAHA HPH-MT8

Especially regarding the SONY MDR-CD900ST, it is the “absolute standard” in almost every professional recording studio in Japan. For Japanese engineers and creators, this model is the default reference. Adding a dedicated Nx profile for the CD900ST would be a huge benefit for a vast number of users in the Japanese market.

Also, the YAMAHA HPH-MT8 has been gaining a lot of popularity recently as a reliable monitoring headphone.

I believe adding these profiles will make the Nx series even more essential for creators in Asia and around the world. Please consider this!
