When switching between A and B, some changes don’t take effect; this happens more often when modifying the macro.
I hadn’t noticed, yet. Thanks for pointing it out though. I’m kind of hoping someone here from Waves sees this and reports to their developers. If you want to be sure try reporting it directly.
Studioverse also seems to make Logic 12.3 hang when making internal routing changes.
I’ve yet to use Studioverse in 12.3 myself. Is it a problem with loading preexisting projects, or does the problem occur when instantiating a new StudioRack as well??
Something you could try is opening the Plugin Manager and deleting the AU Cache. Sometimes conflicts with the cache can cause issues. If you can manage to get it running, try rescanning your VST3 plugins as well.
Hi Simon, yes happens with newly instantiated too.
Hi @rc657322
Macro assigned controls can behave this way if a control range is set narrower than the default, which can make some changes look like they are not taking effect when switching A and B. I cannot say this is definitely the case here, but I do see you already have a support case open, it would help to reply with the details the rep asked for so they can further investigate this.
