Hi! I’ve been searching for a post-production software solution that provides auto-dialogue mixing and came across Ducan Speech. I’m a fulltime documentary and commercial filmmaker and have no need of the live nature of Ducan Speech, and would like to suggest making a standalone (mac) software version of Dugan Speech, preferably that does not require a DAW. My video editing software is Final Cut Pro, and I would like to export individual audio channels of each speaker and have software that can auto-duck and normalize each speaker to a set LUFS unit, then export the finished stereo mix so I can replace my audio in FCPX. Bonus points for allowing music channels to be added and auto-ducked.
As there is a growing field of podcasters who are faced with the challenge of mixing multiple speakers, I think there is a large and growing audience of potential clients who would pay $$$ for this.
Thanks for listening!
