# Plugins Missing in StudioRack on FL Studio

I have FL Studio 20 on Windows 10.  
When I open StudioRack, I can’t load any plugins (missing), despite owning the platinum membership.  
I have installed and activated all of the plugins, (and then reinstalled and reactivated) via Waves Central.  
I can open and use the plugins in the FL Mixer with no issue, they have been scanned for and verified within the DAW. Not sure what else I can do to get StudioRack to locate and use the plugins.

I suggest running the Repair tool in Waves Central (under Maintenance), and if the issue persists, feel free to contact the [Support Team](https://www.waves.com/contact-support), they will be happy to assist you with that.
