Since Waves offers an online Mastering service, and is sending emails detailing some of the mastering readiness recommendations, I think it would be a great idea to work with Piper Payne to build a master-readiness plugin, which you can drop into your master bus. It will evaluate your mix and illustrate with intelligence, how ready your mix is. It might even make some recommendations, and provide you with clickable links to relevant learning documentation or videos.

It can also provide you with alerts to let you know there’s a measured problem you might want to address, such as glitches, phase issues, lack of dynamic range, sibilance, noise, rumble, DC-offset, etc. It can even be set up to place markers for you of some issues and allow you to go back and fix them.

Version 2 of this plug-in (or standalone app) can transmit the mix to Waves, using your account, and present you the results in the UI as a playback app.

This is a pretty good idea for a plugin.

Yeah, I can actually see some validity to this. Even if they don’t check every box, something closet what you are suggesting should be useful to many.
