I have about 200 IR, to create the .xps I have to open and save for 200 times? isn’t there a more efficient way? I don’t want to become a psycho!

At the moment there is no option of converting a bulk of IR’s at once.
But since you bring up a good point here I recommend sending your suggestion directly to Waves via the Contact Us form.
Once you click on the link, scroll down the page until you get to Other Contacts and in the To drop-down menu select Comments, Suggestions.
