# How Waves nx 3d works on headphones?

Hi everyone!, I recently got the mobius headphones and are awesome👌🏻. However i am confused about how specifically the waves 3d works, for example, if i use the 7.1 sorround mode, what benefits will bring the 3d mode? On the other hand, if i use stereo mode, use it plus the 3d mode will act like a sort of 7.1 surround?

I am new in this i am sorry jajaj
