# Hey, Waves: It's not too late!

In all of the announcements about the new subscription model, we see sentiments like this:
“We wish to provide you a seamless way to use our massive plugin catalog, with instant updates, new plugins added as they’re released, and new AI-powered tools to enhance your creative process.”
Great! That’s what _Waves_ wants. It’s not what your customers want. It’s not too late to reverse this disaster. Better: offer both the subscription and individual purchases. Own up to it, support individual plug-in purchases and upgrades again, and you’ll be a hero. Seriously. A note starting with, “We’ve heard your feedback, and have reassessed our stance…” will go a long way.
