# DM7 + soundgrid

Hello,
I just received the WSG-PY64 card for my DM7compact and just bought a waves server and waves soundgrid. I installed everything and it doesn’t work.
Waves soundgrid doesn’t recognize the wsg-py64 card. I get this notification:
Incompatible device found: WSG-PY64
Please install the device compatible with version 14.30.283.991 build R3123874 and update device(s) firmware.
Also waves Qrec doesn’t recognize the WSG-PY64. The DM7 recognizes the WSG-PY64. On IP-level the WSG-PY64 is visible.
I’m on a Mac Studio M2 with macOS 15.5.
What should I do?

I also send this post to costumer service. They were very quick with their response. I needed to download a Yamaha soundgrid driver. With that the probleem was fixed.
